Sessions include "real" reflexology and not simply foot massage. Reflexology stimulates areas in the feet to increase the function of all body systems for greater optimal health. Sessions are customized to your individual needs and may include several generalized protocols. Sessions include percussion and hot towels and close with modified Thai foot massage. Reflexology should never be painful, and pressure is adjusted to your needs. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing in order to feel relaxed.

Halotherapy, also called salt therapy, involves inhalation of tiny salt particles to improve breathing and is considered an alternative therapy for lung problems such as asthma, bronchitis, and chronic cough. The halotherapy generator produces a fine mist of salt particles for inhalation and runs for approximately 20 minutes.

Relax the Sole has expanded, with locations in North Marana and Central Tucson. I offer reflexology, reiki and massage services to assist in bringing and keeping the body in balance, to bring relaxation to the body by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, and to help in managing pain.

My focus has gone beyond nursing to embrace reflexology, massage, and energy modalities as holistic ways to assist the body and spirit. Reflexology, reiki, and massage are utilized to address any issues, and in keeping with a wellness lifestyle, skin care services offer rejuvenation and relaxation and also aid in lymph movement. I will be offering full body, therapeutic massage services in the fall of 2025.
